Join us for an immersive writing experience inspired by Walt Whitman’s reverence for breath, the body, and the natural world. Through breathwork, poetic reflection, and guided prompts, participants will explore how breath can awaken creativity and deepen self-connection. Led by Long Island Poet of the Year, Jesse Curran, this workshop invites writers of all levels to engage mindfully with language and leave renewed-breath and words flowing.
